Designed and implemented an Outreach Plan for LA Metro’s local and federally mandated small businesses programs. Key stakeholders included Metro Staff and Board members, locally elected officials, community organizations and the business community. We unified Metro’s messaging to small businesses and ensured a more targeted outreach, resulting in a 30% jump in Metro’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation on bids.

Our deliverables included providing counsel on strategic communications, conducting countywide quantitative and qualitative surveys of small businesses, developing an event management plan and delivering MetroConnection, the quarterly newsletter.
